Open Access & Copyright Policy
Open Access & Copyright Policy
The Nastaleeq (Research Journal) is committed to open access publishing, ensuring that all research articles are freely and instantly accessible for reading, downloading, and sharing. The publication of articles is governed by a Creative Commons license, which allows for the use, distribution, and reproduction of the work in any format, provided the original work is properly cited.
Author and Copyright Holder Rights
The author(s) and copyright holder(s) grant to all users:
- A free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access to the work.
- A license to:
- Copy, use, distribute, transmit, and publicly display the work.
- Create and distribute derivative works in any digital medium for lawful purposes, with proper credit given to the author(s).
- The right to print a few copies of the work for personal use.
Archiving and Distribution
A complete copy of the work, along with all supplemental materials (including a copy of the permissions), will be deposited in at least one online repository. This repository must be:
- Supported by an academic institution, scholarly society, government agency, or other reputable organization.
- Designed to enable open access, unrestricted distribution, interoperability, and long-term archiving.
This deposit will occur immediately following the initial publication of the article.
Additional Notes:
- Open Access Property: Open access applies to individual works rather than journals or publishers as a whole.
- Community Standards: The enforcement of proper attribution and responsible use of published works will continue to rely on community standards rather than copyright law, as is currently the case.
