Vision

Nastaleeq is dedicated to promoting high-quality research in Urdu language and literature. Its focus includes unpublished research on Urdu classical texts, manuscripts, and artifacts, as well as contemporary critical thought, linguistic studies, and scholarly analysis of poetry.

Objective

The objective of Nastaleeq is to standardize research and criticism in Urdu, particularly within universities. The journal provides a platform for researchers and scholars both in Pakistan and abroad to publish their work in accordance with defined procedures and guidelines. Scholars outside academia are also welcome to contribute. Nastaleeq strictly adheres to the rules and regulations established by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) for academic journals.
